## How to calculate protein molarity

Calculating protein molarity requires two pieces of information

1. Protein concentration: This is typically given in milligrams per milliliter (mg/mL), micrograms per milliliter (µg/mL), or nanograms per microliter (ng/µL).
2. Molecular weight of the protein: This is the mass of one molecule of the protein, in Daltons (Da).
